Terms of service

Welcome to Junk Haul Masters's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Clients must provide accurate information regarding the junk items to be removed, including size, weight, and type of materials.
2. All hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, batteries, and medical waste, must be disclosed in advance and are subject to additional handling fees or may not be accepted.
3. Payment for services is due in full upon completion of the junk removal unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to service execution.
4. The company is not responsible for any damage to property that occurs as a result of undisclosed hazards or improper packaging by the client.
5. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Junk Haul Masters reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, legal restrictions, or improper client conduct.
7. Clients must ensure that access to the removal site is clear and unobstructed to facilitate timely and efficient service.
